Me and my mom headed over to my Grandma’s house today to learn how to make homemade raviolis for Easter! We made hundreds of raviolis, meatballs, and some noodles and it was so much fun. I never realized how much work goes into making homemade pasta but it is defInitely worth it. It is so flavorful and fresh!
By the time we were done I was covered in flour and ten pounds heavier from all the meatballs I ate but besides sabotaging my almost-summer diet I had an awesome afternoon. Maybe after a few more years of helping someday I will be able to make them by myself. Or maybe I’ll just keep dreaming lol!
